Our pricing chart will help you understand the cost to remodel your bathroom. The estimated costs include all materials and labor. Most of our renovations land in the mid level.

*There are three levels provided in each of our bathroom size estimations; Basic, Mid, & Upper. These levels indicate the finish you select.


Small bathroom remodel: $17,000-$22,000+

Remodeling a 35-40 square foot bathroom (about 7x5 feet to 8×5 feet) including basic materials such as 12x12 ceramic tile floor, 3x6 subway tile bath surround, stock vanity and mirror set, stock toilet, white porcelain enameled steel bathtub, wall light fixture.

Basic Level: $17,000+

Mid Level: $20,000+

Upper Level: $22,000+

Hall Bathroom remodel: $25,000-$35,000+

Remodeling a typical hall bathroom (approximately 40-60 square feet) with mid-grade finishes including a new vanity and granite top, wall light fixture, recessed light above bath/shower, medicine cabinet, 30” x 60” white acrylic bath tub surrounded by 12” x 24” porcelain tile, 12” x 24” porcelain floor tile, single-lever temperature and pressure-balanced controls in the shower.

Basic Level: $25,000+

Mid Level: $30,000+

Upper Level: $35,000+

Large Master Bathroom remodel: $60,000+

Remodeling a large 100+ square foot bathroom (about 10x10 feet) which includes enlarging shower with custom niche, tile shower pan and surround, adding freestanding tub, double vanity with separate mirrors and sconces, frameless shower door, electric heated floors, recessed lighting, upgraded moulding package, rain shower head with hand held sprayer. 

Basic Level: $60,000+

Mid Level: $70,000+
